As it looks to scale up its subscription offering and increase its global reach, WeTransfer has found a new chief marketing officer (CMO) in Angelique Temple.
The exec has joined the business from the unrelated WeWork, where she spent four years as vice president of growth and revenue marketing. There, she was responsible for the leading the marketing of the co-working brand’s monthly pay-as-you-go and subscription membership products.
For the best part of a decade, Damian Bradfield, WeTransfer’s co-founder-turned-chief creative officer (CCO), has overseen the businesses’ marketing strategy. Temple’s appointment marks the first time the brand has appointed someone external to the CMO spot.
